2. We will evaluate the exterior cracking if any and seal surface cracks with an elastomeric product. 

3. We will put a primer coat on areas to be painted. 

4. We will paint the areas agreed upon with Sherwin Williams Paint.

5. We leave any remaining paint with the customer, so they can make touch ups and have the color codes.
